Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NudgeGrid website and workspace service at nudgegrid.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.

NudgeGrid is a multi-tenant workspace for managing leads, deals, contacts, companies, projects, tasks, attendance and follow-ups. We are actively developing the Service, so features may be added, changed or removed, and some may be marked as early access.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Workspace administrators control who can access their workspace and what each role may do, and are responsible for the users they invite.
• Tell us promptly at support@nudgegrid.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service.
• Store data in the Service that you have no right to hold or process.
• Attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass its security or usage limits.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it.

You keep all rights to the data you put into your workspace. You grant us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for the data you store, including having the right to store personal data about your customers. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Workspaces may start on a free trial with limits such as a seat count and a fixed duration. When a trial ends without a paid plan, access may be suspended and the workspace's data retained for a limited period before deletion. Any paid plan, its price and billing terms will be presented to you before you agree to it.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We recommend keeping your own copies of business-critical information.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export your data first.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to NudgeGrid and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service and do not transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, NudgeGrid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify workspace administrators. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
