Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how NudgeGrid collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and workspace service. By using NudgeGrid, you agree to the practices described here. See also our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

NudgeGrid ("NudgeGrid", "we", "us") provides a multi-tenant workspace for managing leads, deals, tasks, contacts and follow-ups, available at nudgegrid.app. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to support@nudgegrid.app.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Account information — your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, role and password (stored only as a salted hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
  • Workspace content — the leads, deals, contacts, companies, projects, tasks, notes, activities and attendance records you and your team add to your workspace.
  • Session and security data — for each signed-in session we record the IP address, browser and device type, and when it was last active, so you can review and sign out of your sessions and so we can detect misuse.
  • Usage and diagnostic data — aggregated page-view and performance measurements, and error reports when something breaks.
  • Messages you send us — the name, email address and message you submit through our contact form or by email.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and maintain your workspace and its features.
  • To authenticate you, keep accounts secure, and prevent fraud and abuse (including rate limiting).
  • To send service emails — such as assignment notifications, reminders and digests your workspace has configured, and account or security messages.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To diagnose problems and improve the reliability and performance of the service.

4. Data you store about others

Your workspace may contain personal data about your own customers and prospects. For that data, your organisation decides what is collected and how it is used, and we process it on your behalf only to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store it and for responding to requests from those individuals; we will help where we reasonably can.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal data or use workspace content for advertising. We share data only with service providers that help us run NudgeGrid, under obligations to protect it:

  • Vercel — application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Neon — database hosting.
  • Upstash — rate limiting and background job queues.
  • Resend — delivery of service emails.
  • Sentry — error monitoring.
  • Google — sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google".

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the service.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in requests. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics do not rely on cookies.

7. Data retention

We keep account and workspace data while your workspace is active. Deleted records may stay recoverable by your workspace administrators for a limited period before permanent removal. When a workspace is closed or a trial ends without a subscription, its data is retained for a limited period so it can be restored, then deleted. Session records are cleared after they expire.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and sensitive fields are additionally encrypted at rest. Access within a workspace is controlled by role-based permissions, and each workspace's data is kept separate from every other workspace. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users of a breach where required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile in your account settings, and review or sign out of your active sessions. Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing support@nudgegrid.app. If your account belongs to an organisation's workspace, some requests may need to go through that organisation's administrator.

10. Children

NudgeGrid is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify workspace administrators.

12. Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, email support@nudgegrid.app or use our contact form.
